We will begin taking reservations for a given month two months in advance. Example: For the entire month of December, we will start taking reservations on October 1, of the same year. It will be much appreciated if you could call us to make a reservation between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. or 2 p.m. and 5 p.m..
We will call you on the day prior to the reserved date to confirm your reservation.If there are any cancellations or decreases to the amount of people after the confirmation,please be aware that cancellation of the day before will be charged 80% of the fee.Cancellation on the day will be charged 100% of the fee.
Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements when making a reservation. We are able to change ingredients or menus for the guest.
Children 7 years and older are welcome, and there is a kids menu available. If you have children within your party, please inform us when making a reservation. There are no children's menus.
The dress code observed at Kouan is smart casual. This dress code is intended to be for the comfort of all diners and we prefer that gentlemen refrain from wearing shorts, t-shirts and flip-flops.
Please refrain from wearing scented products such as perfume and cologne for the comfort of other diners.
