As Executive Chef at Kouan, it will be my great pleasure to welcome you to our restaurant.

I was born and raised in this Shonan area. My cooking career began at a traditional Japanese restaurant in the Kansai region, and I spent 12 years there learning more about the essence of Japanese cuisine and hospitality.

We are committed to bringing authentic Japanese dishes to your table for your memorable dining experience in Japan.
